My goal is to provide you with tools, techniques and practices that help you live a more rich, full and joyous life.
After many years as a traditional medical social worker, I recognized a deep need to help people bring more meaning and presence to their lives. I branched out from traditional psychologically focused practice and studied martial arts, yoga, and Ortho-Bionomy® in order to provide more integrative options.
Counseling and coaching specialties include:
- Stress reduction and mindfulness techniques
- Creating and maintaining assertive boundaries and responses
- Somatic practices for relief from trauma, injury, chronic illness, and anxiety
- LGBTQI+ affirming
